Professional : Courses
To be a true professional requires three things:
- Dedication
- Training
- Experience
You show dedication...we provide the training...experience will make you a well rounded professional.
IYT professional courses are MCA/USCG approved (where applicable) and may be taken at any participating partner school worldwide.
There is a need for a standardised approach to Yacht Training globally and IYT has successfully established a partnership program offering IYT courses to candidates through a network of high quality providers.
To date, (Jan 2010) IYT has 85 partner schools in 35 countries operating in 5 different languages.
To offer a complete set of training packages, IYT has further developed a series of courses which, added to IYT’s world class Internationally Recognised "Master of Yachts" program, cover skills and training required for anyone interested in spending time on the water.
This new series has been prepared to cover the needs of today’s boat users and may be taken at any participating IYT partner school worldwide. The modular nature of the courses allows the candidate the convenience of full time, evenings or weekend participation.
