Schools : Partner School Standards

It is the goal of IYT to make its Training Programme the recognised International Yachting Qualification and to offer its courses worldwide. With structured courses leading to its Master of Yachts Coastal, Offshore and Ocean, IYT provides the skills and knowledge required for safe coastal, offshore and ocean passages undertaken in both sail and power vessels for both professionals and recreational yachtsmen and women.


On becoming an IYT Partner school, the training facility will have demonstrated the highest standards of training, equipment, staff and presentation. It will have earned recognition of exemplary service levels and excellence in marine training, strong business ethics and a commitment to provide an educated maritime community with a strong regard for the international community and global environment.
